Meet Nancy
My name is Nancy OKeefe, owner of Picture Perfect Home Interiors and I love beautiful spaces. Indoors or outdoors, spending time in beautiful and functional spaces is like finding an oasis in our busy lives. No matter how much or how little money you have spent on home furnishings, your home can be a beautiful, stress free sanctuary that will fetch top dollar on the market or be the dream living space you’ve always imagined, just like the picture perfect home interiors in magazines.
As a Certified One Day Decorator and Color Consultant, I can help you define your style, select a color palette for your home that will make you love your home again. We can use some of what your have or start from scratch. Either way, I can help you turn your decorating vision into a reality. As a trained and HSR certified Home Staging and Redesign Professional, I can help you showcase your home to its best advantage, making your home appeal to a wide array of buyers for a quick sale or redesign it for the most comfortable and stress free living possible. When staging, I work primarily with what you already have and might recommend a few accessories to complete the look. It doesn’t have to be an expensive ordeal and it is worth its weight in gold. Having a Professional Home Stager working with you can really take some of the stress out of selling your home.
I have an MBA and bring a strong business background to your home staging project. As a business owner for over 15 years, I’m skilled in budgeting, organization, process improvement and project management. I gave up the corporate rat race for a career in Interior Decorating and Home Staging that is personally rewarding, draws on my creative talents and is more fun. I have always had an interest in art and design. In addition to Interior Decorating, I paint landscapes and seascapes in both oil and watercolor and have had my work in several galleries. I have a great sense of color, balance and rhythm. I do a little photography, mostly as reference photos for my paintings, but that skill allows me to take great photos of your staged home for your real estate marketing. I am a certified floral designer and enjoy designing for flower shows and special occasions. I have even done the flowers for a number of friend’s weddings. Good design principles are the foundation for all of my art. Interior Decorating is an Art.
I love decorating, staging and re-designing homes because it gives me a chance to use my skills and experience doing things I love while helping my clients. What could be better?
