- We compliment your experience by working with you on what to accentuate in each property. You know what buyers are looking for and we know how to make it look fantastic. You point out the best features of the home and we work with the seller to showcase them. We are HSR certified, trained home stagers and redesigners, fluent in interior design principles, color and making emotional connections between the home and the buyer.
- We transform areas of the home to give them that model home look using what the seller already has. Then we create dramatic photos and virtual tour presentations for you to post on your website or other web listing. We may add a few of our own accessories to enhance the look and we will provide the seller with a visual of what we have done and guide them in the purchase of the few accessories they might benefit from adding if their budget allows. In some cases, we may suggest small cosmetic changes. If the seller wants to make any cosmetic changes, we work with you to be sure nothing holds up the listing or open house. If needed, we are always available for additional staging and re-design services.
- We help the Seller understand how to live in the space while it is being shown. We give the seller strategies for getting back to that freshly staged look quickly, ready for any showing.
- We work with your Seller, as an objective third party, to de-clutter and de-personalize their home so you can focus your time on the positive aspects of planning the open house, marketing and showing the home. We are the liaison between you and the seller on all aspects of staging, making sure the job gets done so you can make the biggest impact for your client.
- We work with your Seller to get needed repairs or cosmetic changes made. Using our referral network of preferred providers, we can help your seller get those needed repairs done right, fast and at a resonable price.
